Ismene (Is-Men-Ay)
Ismene is the Goddess of the Sun and Herald of Dawn. High above in the sky at midday a blazing ball of fire burns, providing heat and light for the world from above. This radiant ball of energy is known as Ismene, the daughter of Hyperion, Elemental Prime of fire, who oversees the day and night cycle alongside her lover Kephalos, the god of the moon and herald of dusk. It is believed the two are trapped in an endless cycle of chasing one another, but tragically they are destined to never meet. Followers of Ismene believe in bringing light to the shadows and fighting against the creatures which hide within, making use of Ismene's divine powers to cleanse their enemies in fire. Undead, lycanthropes and fiends are the main enemies of Ismene's radiant followers.
