Enma Yoruichi
Inquisitor Enma Yoruichi (a.k.a. The Scarlet Scourge)
An orphan girl raised by a normal family within The City of Whispers after being found unconscious in the woods covered in blood from all different sources. Her few short years with them were nice before a certain incident within the city that'd see her forced into The Assembly's hands, being personally abducted and sent into the Inquisitor training regime at twelve years of age. Her style of combat could only be described by her peers as "personal" and elegant, preferring a certain finesse in her weapons but not at the cost of size comparatively.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Yoruichi's frame is fairly lean, focusing more on developing out key muscle groups that contribute to better agility and speed. Her human blood meant her training would be a bit more extensive than other more well endowed races, but this lent well to her slimmer hourglass/athletic build that contributed to her training in using a more "unconventional" finesse weapon.
Body Features
She stands at six feet tall, despite being a human her body features could be described as "abnormal"; these features include her fairly tall stature for a woman and her ghostly pale skin.
Facial Features
Yoruichi's facial features further lean into the certain abnomality of her person such as her piercing scarlet eyes and crimson red hair.
Identifying Characteristics
Her crimson red hair and scarlet eyes are her biggest standouts paired with her ghostly skin tone.
Apparel & Accessories
Her apparel could only really be described as having a certain air of "flamboyance." Her adornments included an ornate black and gold breastplate overtop a layered black catsuit, tall black healed boots, and an incredibly large scarlet red cloak which beared a few rings attached that had blacksteel chains wrapping around her prior breastplate and large golden frills adorning the top right most portion of her cloak. Furthermore she carries around a broken pendant that chills whatever it comes into contact with while also wearing her assembly and oath emblems over the belt running down from her abdomen to her waistline. However...she does seem to carry around a pecuilar lockbox whose contents are unknown, never letting it out of her sight for even a moment.

Personal history
An orphan raised Within the City Whispers, brought into a willing family at eight years of age. She'd live with them for four years, having a relatively normal life before an incident would cause The Assembly to step in and later abduct the young girl at twelve years of age. Now forced into training as an Inquisitor under the Assembly, she'd meet a peculiar girl who'd she'd soon recognize as her one and only partner, Carmin Morgana.
Employment
Yoruichi is currently a Lower Inquisitor in the Assembly and the Sect of The Unseen Eyes.
Mental Trauma
After the events in The City of Whispers that brought her into The Assemblies hands, the grueling training process of becoming an Inquisitor at the age of twelve has all but made sleeping soundly impossible without some form of aid.
Morality & Philosophy
Yoruichi views her position as one of extreme importance to her goals within The Assembly. Rarely will she disobey an order or speak out against fellow Inquisitors. However, when it comes down to it...she has not been one to stand idly by while her peers abuse their new found power.

Yoruichi has faced far more than she has let on, while her motivations may not be clear, her heart burns with a festering hatred for the injustices she witnesses on a day to day basis. Her role as an Inquisitor offers her a unique chance to eradicate those prowling in the dark corners of society.
