Elf parliament
Building in which the elven government meets and takes the most important decisions for the elves.
Architecture
The parliament is composed of several towers, linked to each other by bridges on several levels. The towers are of varying sized, and are lit with candles. They have several meeting rooms which are mostly opened, and wide living rooms and offices for the parliament members.
