Dame Prima Illia Myheimer
The Islands of Cirri will have no ruler until a proper one is found- such is the voice of our Mother Allahari. That who find Her crown hidden deep within Her islands shall be crowned its monarch if proven worthy of wearing it. Finding Her crown is one feat - finding Her crown with still-noble intent is a task so impossible it shall be the final Myth of them all.
The first Queen of Prismer and the great hero who, among her crew aboard the Rolling Dawn, found the Crown of Allahari and united the Archipelago under a single flag. An eldest daughter of a Northern Prismerese trading family who was originally taken by smugglers into the Great Constellation before being picked up by the Rolling Dawn, the Dame Prima has seen all of what life in the Archipelago had to offer and still dreamed to protect it. A skilled negotiator that became a skilled adventurer, she follows the same approach to her rule as she did on her ship - speak softly, and keep a point to your heel.
Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
Most characteristic of Her Lady's visage is the pink and purple scaling that dots her body, as well as fins along where the ears should be and an incomplete gill structure on her ribs. This came from a brief run in with Abyssal Poisoning while onboard the Rolling Dawn - in which both her and several under members of the crew had to hastily bloodlet themselves to avoid total transformation. While the changes are mostly cosmetic, the Dame Prima gained an ability to gain some oxygen while underneath the water, elongating how long she can go without surfacing for air by about an hour.
Social
Reign
For the past three years, she and her wife Laird Prima Clarsis Myheimer have ruled over The Queendom of Prismer from their constructed home in Nabora .
Religious Views
The Dame Prima is deeply devoted to the stories of Allahari and the stories and folktales that will later become Illiasm - named after her due to her popularization of the specific deities and stories she wove into a personal canon. Despite this connection and homage, she never once holds any position of power within the organized arm of the faith - the name was given to the faith posthumously.
Social Aptitude
Illia's greatest skill is that of her skill as a communicator - she is a prime diplomat and a master of directing conversation. Her earnest, gentle demeanor gives her the uncanny ability at disarming anyone, which is paired with careful word choice and a deep knowledge of other cultures to give anyone a runaround and have them leaving thinking it was their idea.
She is an incredibly polite woman - almost overtly so, her greatest weapon being that of social pressure - no matter the crowd or the culture. Truly, then, her greatest weakness is those with no care for those conventions at all - and that's what her wife is for.
