Kenū
Planet
Kenu is the capital planet of the Scarlet Star Empire. Here they are based out of the Iron Tower. Like many civilizations knocked back into a primitive state after the Humbling, its culture reverted back to survival of the fittest. With first a set of warring feudal states, who eventually came together and formed a space fairing people. The key difference was the intrusion f the Red Prophet, a mysterious figure whose origins to this day are widely unknown. His effects on the cosmos, however, are widely known. He gave the people of Kenu the promise of the Scarlet Star, and commanded that it be spread, first by the word, then by the sword. Not necessarily in that order.
Geography
The natural landscape has all been paved over with mega-blocks and factories of war. Everything seems made of a rust-red ironlike substance or opaque glass. Dotting the planet are 12 core taps, constantly drawing on the core's natural heat to propel the engines of war.
