The Iron Tower has been the seat of power under the Scarlet Star's banner in the galaxy. From there the High Council sits and deliberates the movements of the Scarlet Star. Turrets with modern AA fixtures keep watch over the skies, massive windowless walls stretch upward for hundreds of feet before breaking into balconies and walkways linking towers and various defensive bulwarks.
Access
There are numerous entrances to the tower fall into two categories, Lower Entrances and Higher Entrances.

The upper levels of the Iron Tower are dedicated to the refining and training of the Esper Core that the Scarlet Star deploys to exert their will across the Nesho Cluster. It also contains various tactacle
The Tower is a nearly unassailable fortress where the inner government workings of the Scarlet Star empire take place. Additionally, numerous psychics are brought in from the entire empire for grooming for weaponization or leadership roles.
Deep in the core of the tower is the remnant of the first Iron Tower. Its final recorded before being nearly 1,600 feet before the newer tower was built up around it.
The building's exterior resembles the light grey of haul metal one might find in any major starship. The complex itself is laid out in an octagonal prism. Pillars line the outer walls as aesthetic structural support. There are numerous portions of the outer surface extend into platforms for many types of small flying craft.
Only 100 ft radius of the core of the structure is hollow, the rest being filled out with offices, armaments, storage, and other less publicized function. Dotted throughout the structure are numerous blood red crystals.
Along every edge and corner are blank panels and nearly imperceptible seams that unfold into defensive turrets for every manner of attack. There are four main entrances, each with a depiction of the Scarlet Star over them, encrusted with jewels and protected by transparent metals.
