Dautous System
Before the Rooto Federation was formed, this system had very little to offer the galaxy in terms of industry, learning, or arts. It wasn't even claimed by any miners or developers. In a way, this lack of baggage made it perfect for the Rooto Federation's purposes some 200 years ago.
