Purifier's Manifest

The Purifier's Manifest is a document published by the Alabaster Hand as they enacted the deposition of the Arsaces Monarchy and claimed the throne of Aurel.

Words to End an Era

Hefty was the document the Alabaster executioners threw at the feet of their sitting Queen and her watchful court, as they approached the royal throne with an air of retribution. Though hurled at the royals as though they would be granted the chance to leaf through its dozens of pages of contents, they were never permitted the opportunity before being ripped from their ancestral seats of power by the Hand's agents.   In their stead, a messenger from the Hand read the words aloud to the horrified court, their voice projecting over the clamor and screams as a gilded era was laid to rest.

Justice for the Devoted

The first of the proclamations was simple: Our beloved Queen, a witch, consort to demons, betrays us with the darkness of her heart. Accusations presented with no evidence, nor time for trial, with the Hand acting as judge and executioner before a trembling jury of royal courtiers. To act in opposition of the Hand in the moment was certain death, proven quickly as many did, indeed, face the executioner's blade in the same fate as the monarch they attempted to defend.   The actions of the Hand, as they state in their manifest, all stood in the name of justice for the devoted. Aurel was a shining, golden light, and could not suffer the shadowed heart of a Queen lost to the great evil forces which threatened their kingdom so many centuries ago. The light of Atreimus, his grand strength, helped the people fight back against this foul darkness in ages past, and continues the tradition today. To hesitate in such a decision would mean certain death for the kingdom.

A New Hand Upon the Throne

The second proclamation asserted: The Throne swayed too far from our most sacred patron; their blood will earn the Purifier's favor, their throne returned to its devoted souls.
