Illiamaste Jhalith

Illiamaste is the local bookseller and librarian. Illamaste is extremely reserved and does not say much. Due to her being the only Deep Elf in Seredina, many locals are terrified of Illamaste. Illiamaste runs the Tell-Tale Athenaeum.

Rise, Feed, Kill and Cook Your Best Friend (1, 2400gp): This book was clearly written by a powerful wizard who was under the influence of something. The grammar is poor and the handwriting is very shaky. This is a spell book that teaches the spell Fleshworm Infestation.
• Fleshworm Infestation: With a touch, you cause an infestation of ravenous worms to manifest in the target’s flesh. The target must make a Fortitude save every round. Failure means it takes 1d6 hit points of damage and 2 points of Dexterity damage, and is staggered for 1 round. If it makes the save, it takes no hit point or Dexterity damage and is only sickened for 1 round rather than staggered. Fleshworm infestation cannot be ended early by remove disease or heal, as the infestation starts anew if the current worms are slain. Protection from evil negates this spell’s effects for as long as the two durations overlap. Dispel evil automatically ends a fleshworm infestation.

• Conquering the Dragonspine Mountains (1, 25gp): This book is a guide to survival in The Dragonspine Mountains, including the flora, fauna, and survival tips for the mountains.
• This book gives you a +5 bonus to survival checks while in the Dragonspine Mountain range.
• Monstrous Philosophies (1, 5gp): This book is about the teachings and worshipers of Mephistopheles, written by a Shodon disciple.
