Deep Elves
Society
Deep Elves are much more “down to earth” than Great Elves, but tend to keep to themselves. Deep Elves often see themselves as pariahs in society, and are very stoic in nature. Deep Elves are frequently seen as merchants of magical goods, including the dark magics that Great Elves wouldn’t dare come into contact with. Deep Elves also make fantastic rogues due to their lithe nature. Deep Elves can be from anywhere, although religious fanatics would have you believe that Deep Elves originate from the depths of The Fracture.

Racial Traits
Shadowkin: They gain +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, and –2 Constitution.
Superior Darkvision: Deep Elves can see in the dark up to 120 feet.
Elven Immunities: Deep Elves are immune to magic sleep effects and gain a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against enchantment spells and effects.
Keen Senses: Deep Elves gain a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks.
Light Bender: Deep Elves can cast dancing lights, darkness, and faerie fire, once each per day, using their total character level as caster level.

Deep Elves have a similar build to Great Elves - tall, lithe, and thin.
Deep Elves have dark skin that ranges from shades of dark gray to black. Deep Elves often have light-colored hair, which may be hues of blue. Their eyes have no pupils or irises. Their eyes can be colored red, white, or pitch black.
