Technology is the youngest of the eight spheres, and, for many, its inclusion alongside the other seven is still controversial. But there’s no denying the way it’s reshaping the world.   The origins of Technology as a sphere of power are difficult to pinpoint. Some point to the industrial revolution as the moment where Technology began to rise, though others say it didn’t truly become a new sphere of power until the inception of the information age. Without question, computers and automation form the living heart of the sphere of Technology; it is associated most strongly with robotics, artificial intelligence, and programming.   The counterpart of Technology is Arcane, the mystical to Technology’s rationality. Technology is also closely connected to Elemental, which is considered its progenitor sphere.
