Rosie

Her family is said to have ties going back to Aeduna with her grandparents being the last priests of the Twisters of Fate Circle. She was raised by the lone survivor of the Circle, her Aunt Esme, being taught the secrets of the Circle in hopes she would awaken soon and survive the process. During the coming of age ritual to awaken her soul she was joined by her cousin Nessa, one year her senior at 16. From the Circle's Book of Shadows Esme started her chant with the burning of candles and incense, however the process was too intense for Nessa. As Rosie awoke from the seizure she entered she found Nessa was dead and Esme was injured from the backlash of the ritual. The ritual got the attention of Tsuki and Isabell who offered to train and look after her once she graduated high school, to this Esme agreed to the distress of Rosie. After some time she could no longer keep her secret from her best friend Joker and revealed all to him, with the response that he too was a mage awaken during the same ritual at his home. Joker graduated one year before her and went to Chicago, when it came time to leave Rosie was given her family Book of Shadows to study from and add to.

student of Kitty and helped Guy with spirit studies. Wrote friend fiction with Circe & Pye, was teased about feelings for Joker.
Epilogue: 
Recovered from her injury during the attack, was mad at Joker for 5 seconds before being relieved that he survived. Joined the Verbena, co-authored 50 Shades of Fate. Using her time to rebuild Horizon but mostly the material realm as magic has fully returned. Reaching out to new mages along with experienced mages to keep in contact along with information.
