Digo is the most publicly illustrious enclave as they are masters of the void, having long ago secured extensive rights to ship-based salvage in the Reach and going so far as to contract non-Iolar spacefarers to bring them any new piece of spaceship technology at outrageous prices. These expenses are what seems to keep the Enclave in check from dominating the entirety of Iolar society though few sensible people would argue that they are not the most obviously powerful. Their relationship with the captains of the Sovereign Fleet is its crown jewel, bound together as they are by mutual need.
Recently Digo has been looking to expand its influence and enter into the arena of terraformation and frontier living. This looks like an obvious play for power against Allart and the exact mechanism by which they look to usurp one of their fields of study is the subject of wild speculation and corporate espionage. It is currently run by a group of four voidsmiths known as the Council of Stars: Amotan Und, Kit Basi, Unto Fal, and Bestra Pacif.
