The Sovereign Fleet
The Sovereign Fleet is the overarching institution that governs all space-faring vessels maintained by the Iolar. This included merchant vessels, civilian transport, and warships. Within this group Captains hold the highest esteem. Among Captains there is a further stratification between those who operate within Iolar space, those who operate on its fringes and across its borders, and those who venture into the hellish nightmare of the Gargant Reach. Though nominally all captains are men and women deserving of great respect and who are widely admired by the common populace, they are individuals as varied as the Rogue Traders of the Imperium.
