The Conference
The largest part and most revolutionary part of Queen Salimna vision for the Brean State. The Conference is composed of multiple parliamentary halls. These halls oversee, debate, and pass judgment on laws that effect their areas of influence. Made up of four major "Halls": Hall of Commons , Hall of the Great Houses , Hall of Guilds , and Hall of Archivists.
The Halls of the Conference operate from within, each with its own authority structure. Once every two lunar cycles the Halls will meet in the Hall of Convention. The Halls will deliver decree proposals to a unified body made up of its members. A debate is held on the proposals and will be submitted to the Quadumverate only if 3/4 of the Halls approve. The Quadumverate can pass or deny the decrees.
