Storm Sea
The Storm Sea was so named for the frequent tempests raging through and over the region. Over the water it was far from a hospitable environment, yet beneath the surface life seemed to have adjusted and fish was plenty for those who were desperate enough to try and catch some.
The first to sail these seas were the Astuorë, whose ships sought the secrets of the sea before landing on the large island of Ealasar sometime between third and fourth millennium of the First Age. Safe passage through the sea remained all but impossible until the Astuorë sages learned to guide the winds and calm the storms in their favor.
