Silvia Lovettica

Silvia Lovettica (Born 2263) is a Lordanian supermodel, businesswoman, socialite, and CEO of Lovettica Industries. She was born in New Ares, a few years before the rise of the Unitarian Party. As a small child, she lived with her Aunt, Helene Lovettica in Mallane. Her uncle, Peter Lovettica IV, was an influential member of the Unitarian Party, and was the Chancellor of the Treasury until his assassination.  Turning 18 in 2281, she was found herself in the position to exploit the rapidly growing Lordanian economy following the Collapse of the People's Republic and the arrival of the consumer capitalist system of the United Systems of Sol.   She spent much of the 2280s as the poster child of New Aresian culture and decadence. As Lordania's Supermodel, she became well known across the entire cluster for her vanity and looks, spending the decade partying, drinking, and living in excess, with money as no issue. In the late 90s, following a health scare brought on by drug abuse, she retired from the industry to return to university. Rebranding herself as the heir to the Lovettica fortune, she was seen as a notorious venture capitalist, who had already secured a wealth comparable to her family's just on her own. Taking over Lovettica Industries after the death of her father in 2203, she was expected to continue the family's expanding grip on politics and the economy. Instead, she has rejected the previous attitude of the corporation, and becoming an outspoken socialist. This has come as a shock to nearly everyone involved in Lordanian Economics, as the rejection of Capitalism from the head of the most powerful corporation on the planet has only further emboldened the leftist movement across the Cluster.   As of 2309, she remains the CEO of Lovettica Industries, though has begun a sizable reshuffle to empower workers and replace bosses.  She is a member of the Interstellar Workers of the World, and their most sizable donator.  She is the General Secretary of the Lordanian Society of Marxists, and the co-founder of the Economic Union of Anti-Capitalists.
