Praesem (Men)
Men were the first and only creation of the god Aramwall, youngest and favourite son of Crethyawn.
In terms of ideas and appearance, men are perhaps the most diverse of Jordfold's inhabitants. They practice an untold number of faiths (or even none at all), speak in numerous tongues and follow many philosophies. Men are shorter lived than most, perhaps this is why they are driven to accomplish so much in such short time.

Average Intelligence
Ancient men were among the brightest of the Mölds created by the Divines, perhaps more brilliant than even the venerable Alvamfac. After the Disobedience, men were reverted into a 'lesser' being, and their intelligence (along with other traits) was stunted. In the present, brilliant men and women are few and far in between. Despite their shortcomings, men have shown they're capable of building impressive empires and have shown a remarkable ability to adapt to many diverse environments.
Civilization and Culture
History
Men, called 'Praesem' by the gods, were created by Aramwall, son of Crethyawn, daughter of Tinnos, father of time. Ancient men were quite different from their present day descendants; they were a foot taller on average, had greater muscle mass, all had dark hair and an unusual blueish tinge to their skin and they could live for 150 years. Their original home, a world called 'Tethondaria', was destroyed during the 'Schism' approximately 230,000 years ago. Most were brought to Gondwara by Aramwall, where they played a pivotal role in defeating the 'Pus', extra-dimensional beings which came from beyond the 'Wound'.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Generally, most men are quite indifferent towards the other 'Molds'. Most who follow the Church of The Holy Trinity look upon them with disdain and mistrust at best, open hostility at worst.
Alvamfac (Alvar) -By far their biggest rivals, with some going as far to declare them as sworn enemies. The history between these two peoples is one fraught with mutual grievances and bad blood. Though not all men or indeed Alvar think the same and many have made strides to healing relations between the two.
