The Alvar pay little attention to the affairs of other mortals; at best seeing them as mere children, at worst they are convicted in the supremacy of their own kind over the rest.
Praesem (Men) - Many Alvar see Men as their biggest threat. They are seen as warlike barbarians or dangerously curious and there have been many wars fought between the two to check the latter's numerous invasions into Alvar territory. On the other hand, some Alvar respect those Men who 'rise above' their 'barbaric tendencies' and see them as potential successors, or at least powerful allies against common threats.
