Wanderer
Release your mind, become one with community and nature. Forgo your passage through the world in search of building a better whole. If the Induos is about aesthetics and self, its counterpoint is the path of the wanderer. Stemming from the pre-human belief in moving with the old horned bison herd that the Troll people mastered, the Wanderer is the idea that you can become the community you wish to see in the world. Easiest to see in the smaller settlements and on the fringes of communities, the wanderer goes from encampment to encampment, fostering trade and information between disperate people. A wanderer might stay the night in the house of a settler in the far south, before staying beside the city fire-flower in a town south of Vertus as they trade stories for citrus, so that they can bring that to an old widow who lives up on the hill. The people of Levis embrace the Wanderers for the most part, bringing them into their houses and lives with a warm cup and a smile, knowing that the wanderers bring that sense of connection. What has be remarkable for the people of Levis in the modern age is watching the wanderers bring the humans dragged through and the demons forced to make their homes here into some of the more wilder settlements around Levis, until they too have joined the network of hearts that span this wide and dry land.
With thick beard and warm, caring hands, this foliad wanders the Forbidden Forest, making networks with the smugglers and witches and raiders, often seen around the Last Stop tavern. People can hear him muttering about 'collecting interesting stories' and many in the region ache to hear his tales. He is seen sporting a Raider Hat he won in a game of two up.
