- Guardian Angels: Angels who are specifically meant to guard heaven and its extended domains like Chiron and his cargo.

- Humans: As the humans gain their divine bodies after the death of their mortal bodies, the small select few humans chosen by Gods to live on their own planet.
Culture
Being the literal Gods and rulers of the universe having maintained their rule for eons and from every threat to their domain, they hold immense and high views of themselves. Beyond this immense ego and sense of superiority, they also hold great value in sophistication, beauty and power. Each of these are viewed as the greatest qualities of character and each hold equal sway over how someone is viewed.
Assets
Being the absolute rulers of the entirety of Yggdrasil, Heaven has literally access to all the resources available to the Tree of Yggdrasil in all its realms and dimensions. Any other distinctive body like the major powers in the other realms like Hell or the various Xeno empires also are subordinate to heaven and as such are required to give them when needed or desired.
History
Heaven-both the kingdom and the realm-were 1st created by the founding King of the Cosmos Yahweh with his Queen Khaos and have secured their reign from Azathoth and the Outer Gods.
Demography and Population
The total population of all of Heaven leads up to a total of multiple hundreds of quadrillions. The entirety of the population of Heaven is divided among the Gods of various types and the Angels. The percentage of population spread among all these groups are as follows: Traditional Gods are 30% of the total populace, Hecatoncheires are 10% of the populace, Cyclops are 20%, Angels are almost 40% while Gods of human origin are so few that it can't be measured properly by percentages with less than 10 billion.

The Heaven state primarily reside in Heaven while the spread and expanse of its control and power over the entirety of Yggdrasil.
Technological Level
Their knowledge of science and technological level is immaculate with the only beings in Yggdrasil being considered rivals in either aspect being the Dwarves. Their technological level allows them to build immense constructs and technologies such as the Olympus ship, incredible weapons like Zeus's master bolt, Bifröst power systems and Bifröst drives to allow their incredible ships and constructs effectively endless power and capability to traverse anywhere in Yggdrasil instantly. This grand intelligence is so vast that Mimir, once a God of Wisdom converted his mind into a infinite formula and became a bodiless system which quickly became Omniscient and has become a wireless system for all of Heaven and Yggdrasil as a whole similar to earth and the internet.
Foreign Relations
Being the supreme power over all of Yggdrasil they have complete authority over the rest of the independent powers in their own realm. As Hell is under the reign of Hades, the eldest brother to Zeus, Hell is a subordinate and allied nation to Heaven. Álfheimr with the Elves while loyal to Heaven despise the Gods as they have been consistently demeaned by Heaven and Zeus in particular and were absolutely decimated during their attempted uprising and overthrowing of Heaven. The Dragons of Vanaheim have been relatively peaceful and on good terms with the Goods of Heaven but have recently become more and more discomforted and grown to dislike Heaven more and more ever since they imprisoned their 1st queen Tiamat and the disrespect to their current king Ouroboros. Though they are still loyal and allied, they have quickly growing more hateful of Zeus. The Dwarves of Niðavellir have been always loyal to Heaven and its Gods, very specifically towards Odin and the Æsir Pantheon being fully willing to teach their craftsmen their ways and to take commissions to forge. Jötunheimr and its giants are the only remaining force in Yggdrasil which remain aggressive to Heaven and are kept into a neutral pact where neither one of them are to engage in combat between them and to avoid as much exposure to one another. The vast number of the mortal empires and nations spread across the universes of Midgard are kept under direct control of the Gods and each Nation being a Vassal state to Heaven. This is all excluding Earth and Humanity because it has been decided since the reincarnation of Yahweh into Jesus due to the chaos caused by the Gods and when left to vote the majority decided to leave earth to its own devices.
Education
The education of Heaven is masterful with every single individual being able to learn immense amounts of knowledge and information on any and every topic in the universe. These educational systems are designed by the Gods of Wisdom and governed by them.

Thrones are the judges and interpreters of the laws in between the low leveled laws and the Supreme court like murder and rape charges. The Potestates meanwhile are the local and low leveled judges who interpret local and low leveled laws like thefts and charges.
Executive Body
The innumerous Choirs of angels ranging from the warriors to the Arc Seraphim are the ones who enforce the law under the command and orders of the Gods of Law.
