King of the Cosmos

Appointment

When someone gains the title of the King of the Cosmos, they hold a grand celebration for many months across Heaven, ending in an official crowning.

Duties

They have to rule Yggdrasil and to ensure its stability and functioning continues.

Responsibilities

They are responsible for the happiness and well being of all life in Yggdrasil and to keep Yggdrasil's safety ensured.

Benefits

They receive effectively absolute power over the entirety of Yggdrasil and everyone in it.

Accoutrements & Equipment

They receive whatever they want from the Dwarven forges and are crowned with a mighty crown forged just for them.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The only time Kings of the Cosmos are removed are when they are overthrown in which case their successor receives the title and chooses the fate of their predecessor.

Creation

When Yahweh came to be and created the majority of Yggdrasil, he crowned himself as King of the Cosmos and named Khaos, his wife, the Queen of the Cosmos

Equates to

They are the great Emperor over all of Yggdrasil including the gods in Heaven.

Source of Authority

Their source of authority comes from the Loyalty from the rest of heaven.

Length of Term

For as long as they are capable of holding the title.
