The Organizatsiya aka the Org

Originally formed in the Red City aka Krasnygorod the Bratva syndicate known simply as the Organizatsiya (aka the Org) has expanded south and west. It has established cells in Dyson County, Utopia and in Wakabayashi County. Some claim the expansion comes due to the influence of the Wuya Kongsi in Red City, others that the Org is an instrument of the Party tasked with undermining central rule.

Reality is the Org is placing itself as a nexus for various other interests, rather than abandoning its home base to another group. Wuya Kongis deals in certain good that the Org does not have ready access to, yet it has services and items that Wuya Kongsi are unable to access without help.

In essence the Org has become a bridge between the Raven Company and the cartels and syndicates of the South and West. It is seeking to make itself and indispensible body to a variety of different concerns. And key to this is it's links with LEGION and Kell's Phalanx, that is able to ensure a swift transit of illicit merchandise across a broad area.

The Organizatsiya's main areas of business are:

• Illegal weapons & munitions - manufacturing & trading (the Militsiya believe the Org to be responsible for at least 55% of illegal weapons manufacture and distribution)
• Muscle - the Org operates a variety of 'security' firms
• Kidnapping
• People trafficking
• Drug trafficking - the Org is one of the Raven Company's major distributors of dust. Like the Compnay the Org does not sell the stuff, it insures the transport of the goods to dealers for a cut
• Assassination
• Data theft
• Armed robbery
• Cyber warfare - in this arena the Org excels.

Structure wise the Org is organised into cells, each cell is then broken down into sections that are responsible for various aspects of the Org's activities. So a cell might have a section for data theft, assassination, armed robbery and kidnpping. While another cell might be focused around drug & people trafficking.

There are three basic ranks within the Org:

• Cell Leader or Leader
• Section Boss or Chief
• Soldat; rank and file

Rumour is that above this there is the Committee or Commission which directs the organisations activities as a whole and is responsible for negotations with other sydnicates and entities. Such a body's existence has never been confirmed even when members of the Org have turned stuckach (aka informant).
