Serax
Serax is currently serving as an emissary from Iskaleth to the Empire of the Sundered Isles, based in Thundertree.
Serax is a young Iskathi ranger, who encountered the party during their adventures in the Sea of Glass and guided them to Iskaleth. After the party alerted the Congress of Dragons to the re-emergence of the Nethonris, he volunteered to act as an envoy to the Empire. The Umrah'ka agreed this service would count as his pilgrammage.
Serax has started to adventure alongside Elsa Northbrook, Kal Alderleaf and Snakey.
Serax has also recently discovered a mystical connection to the workings of the Veil, becoming somehow attuned to breaks in the fabric of the Veil and developing a limited ability of use currents in the Veil to teleport short distances.
