Kolgrafir

One of the central and oldest of cities in Krashtar and the Empire. At it's center is an enourmous castle where this branch of the central governing system operates. At its helm is General Hyndla who oversees the city and their tasks as defined by The Council. Around this castle, the wealthiest and most prominent of citizens take residence at The Citadel, the district surronded by a 20m wall dividing the rich from the poor.

In the poor districts of this city, a horrible picture of poverty is painted: Starving people, extreme violence in every corner, drugs, prostitution, corpses and pure terror. Think Whitechappel in London during the 1800s.

A small amount of services and goods can be found in the poor districts: Food, taverns, brothels and healer shops.

Within the Citadel high end shops and services can be found.

Lavignia has recentely informed our adventurers that quite a big number of children have been disappearing from Kolgrafir. Suspecting it might have something to do with the Raven Queen and the Mysterious Boy that showed up at the Rose Steed Tavern.

Government

General Hyndla is in charge of the city. Heavy armored guards are seen throughout the whole city, which help to keep things contained.

The town does not seem to produce anything in specific.

Infrastructure

There is a center wall that keeps the rich residents "protected" from their poor counterparts. The city itself is also walled at its borders, a way to try to slow down the amount of people migrating to Kolgrafir.
