Mysterious Boy
This boy showed up unanounced at the "Main Entrance" of the Rose Steed Tavern with a note that read "Found you, Lulu" and completely catatonic.
He was taken to Jeff Jiff's room where he has stayed without speaking. A blindfold was also put over his eyes. Except once Lunethra Bloomshade spoke to him. Once that happens, the Raven Queen could be heard speaking through the boy.
Lavignia mentioned that many children have been disappearing from Kolgrafir and he might be one of them.
