Tserryk Wasteland

The final battle of the war between Tisserian and The Empire of Scale occurred here when a massive Tisseri fleet landed at the mouth of the Tserryk River precipitating the greatest battle of the war, the aftermath of which left the earth lifeless and cursed. Once lush savanna, the region is now a blasted wasteland of flat, barren ground marred by frequent craters. Dragon bones, crashed airships, and wrecked war machines peek out from the ravaged earth, all under the empty gaze of crumbling, abandoned watchtowers. Two large rivers, the Tserryk and the Prakri, meet at the center of the desolation bringing water from the Mountains of Fire down to the sea. Situated at this confluence are the ruins of Hranyştir, formerly a major Tsḭsyrtys city. The Tserryk River spreads out into a marshy delta as it approaches the sea. Various undead roam the wastes at night, forever seeking living foes to battle. Spirits of woe and war can be found here at all times, and few travelers brave this region.
