Lady Egai is a loyal vassal of Verana. She rules the nereids from the Bottomless Bay, a region of the Realm of Vigor near its border with the Realm of Shadow that seamlessly transitions in its depths to the Plane of Water. She is a mercurial being and known to enjoy trysts with any number of lovers, including Azan ayi Ha-han on the Plane of Air and Sanshar, himself, on at least one occasion. She guards the border witht he Realm of Shadow, keeping the unsælfey from bleeding into Verana's realm.
