Atiba is a vampire and a noble scion of Saercumar. She escaped from Saercumar with Ar̂celiba when the Saints of Fate raided their subterranean compound.

Atiba has always had a penchant for the illicit. When dragondust first became available in Saercumar, she absolutely had to try it. In the process of securing her first score, she came into contact with Ar̂celiba Pilcoa. The vampire lord, seeing an opportunity, turned and enslaved Atiba, whom she has used as means to infiltrate House Obeccus Ialus.
Atiba first tried to turn her husband, Upavus, but he resisted and she was forced to kill him, hiding that the evidence by fully tearing out his throat before "finding" his body in their bedchamber. Later, she seduced and turned her brother-in-law Upebus, thus securing control of the House for Ar̂celiba.
She escaped Saercumar with Ar̂celiba.
