Ar̂celiba Pilcoa
Ar̂celiba is ancient. She is probably the oldest living vampire lord on Kornax. She was human once, from a long-forgotten village near present-day Avul. She submitted to Khīa in 813 AscD.

Personal history
In the year 813 AscD, Ar̂celiba chose to become undead. She then traveled to the lands located south of the Great Desert, beyond the Sokinan Mountains. Over the course of two thousand years, she amassed a great amount of wealth. However, around six years ago, her true identity was discovered, and she was forced to flee, leaving all her fortune behind. She returned to Tunsaccia and settled in the city of Saercumar, where she established a criminal organization called the Mist. Most of the members of the Mist were not aware of her true nature and only knew her as "Our Lady". However, her trusted lieutenants, who were true vampires or their spawn, were aware of her true identity. They resided in a secret underground compound, accessed through the city's sewers, and protected from danger thanks to her infiltration of House Obeccum Ialum. Ar̂celiba herself lived hundreds of feet beneath the city from where she controlled her growing empire.
On 16 Ins, 1430 LE, Ar̂celiba attempted to seize control of the government of Saercumar. She was met with initial success, having worked patiently for months to undermine the aristocracy by turning key members of their number. She underestimated the ingenuity and command of Iahanus Telvus Thelarius Ip, one of the uncorrupted aristocrats, who hired the Saints of Fate to help him retake the city. Relying on them to infiltrate the headquarters, he put together a cobbled militia to face the vampire spawn on the surface to draw them out of the compound. The dual approach worked and Ar̂celiba's forces were defeated, but she escaped at the direction of Khīu.
