ENR DS2

The Etorean National Railway's DS2 (Diesel Shunter 2) is an 0-4-0 diesel shunter constructed by Armstrong Whitworth in 1932 for use by the ENR. She arrived on the ENR along with DS1.   DS2 arrived in late 1933, being the second diesel locomotive to be used by the Etorean National Railways. Like DS1, she was trialled on many duties on the ENR but eventually found a neiche pulling goods trains on the Bydon Tramway. DS2 ran on the tramway until both engines at Bydon Shed were replaced by a Hudswell Clarke & Co. Railcar (W/N 270) that had been previously used on the Grange Island Branchline. DS2 was then moved to Breastone to shunt on the quay there before moving for a final time to Harlem on the Harlem - Marlow Heath Railway.
