John Adams
John Adams was an American Founding Father who served as the second Chancellor of America from 1798 to 1802. He previously served as President of the Senate, later called the Premier of the Senate, under Chancellor George Washington from 1790 to 1798. Due to his low approval in Congress, he was convinced the not seek reelection in 1802 favor of John Marshall.
For his leadership during the Franco-American Wars, King Augustus I appointed him Duke of Massachusetts.
