The Tulemon Mafia

The Tulemon:

The Tulemon are what the outside world has dubbed a mafia and are the oldest and most established organized crime family in Keltrex if not even the world beyond the gates based on what individuals have been able to piece together of concurrent history. Unlike their Stingers counterpart, they exist in a state of order and wealth. They capture the essence of Keltrex's high society in their affluent aesthetic and advanced technology combined. Anyone within the Tulemon is either born in, married in, or was “adopted” in. Though not just anyone would be allowed in from the outside, only those who can prove they can uphold their image. Some have even come to them as faction defectors, and with every defector came secrets and information that continue to keep them at the top.   While a Tulemon often prefers to keep their hands clean of violence and their crime white collar, that does not mean that one should underestimate them. With access to high quality arms and training in combative capabilities, the average Tulemon can keep themselves safe from common threats. Outrider Tulemon are even more dangerous with their greater capacity for bodily modifications.   Most Tulemon are publicly known to be business owners and investors. Or, more often, benefactors of the arts. The mafia's particular affinity for the arts in near any elegant or passionate form is known rather openly. So deep is that love that every Tulemon is known first and foremost by an artistic moniker, with real names being only used behind closed doors.  

Enemies:

Tulemon have rather tense relationships with all but the Spokes. The aforementioned tensions exist with DDA Agents and Stingers who despise them for their organized crime. The Ivy Syndicate despises them for their encouragement of the continued development of industry and ventures that do not prosper the local ecosystems.
