It appears that enchantments can be completed in a shorter time that usual. however, this will introduce a higher risk of the enchantment prossess going wrong and destroying the materials.
Additionally, the quality of the components used will affect how difficult it is to successfully perform the enchantment. Higher quality ingredients will make the enchantment process easier, while low quality materials will make it harder.
