Honei Buchhead

Childhood

Honei was born and raised in Vullavual Laud, though if only through accident. While both his parents were alive, neither were capable of raising him by the time of his birth. His mother called him Buchhead and his father called him Honei, so those were the names he took. He didn't know what one was his first or last so he just put them in an order he liked. He also didn't know the names of his parents, making up his own words for them.   When he was about 5 he joined a group of unattended youths and earned a living picking pockets, or distracting people with his charisma while others picked their pockets, around The Scorching Fields. He was always a wild and strange kid who refused to wear pants and had a fear of space, though there was never a good reason for either.

Early Adulthood

When he grew too old for the group he took odd jobs entertaining tourists. Eventually he fell for a tourist named Jloria, who'd come on vacation from school looking for something to take her mind off a heartbreak.

Romance

He ended up leaving with her to Bhcu Cuhcil so she could show him around and he got a job as a bar tender in Dejiaree. He lost touch with the young woman once her break from school was over and spent a year or two looking for her.   Eventually he found her again as she'd started to get a bit famous. He was just happy to spend time with her, as he found her enchanting, but she eventually confessed she had more than passing feelings for him from the start, but due to past experience had been afraid to say anything.   The two got married not long after. She didn't always have time to spend with him, as she was busy becoming a famous Doctor, but they still enjoyed eachother's company.   Eventually they had two children, Crizdal and Jazber.

Now

Crizdal grew up to become a famous candy maker and Jazber a famous Hyperrover pilot.   With so many money makers in the family Honei stopped working odd jobs and started mooching off his family as a 'art director' for his daughter's company. No one seems to mind it though.

Growing up in the Vullavual Laud childcare system, such that there is, and needing to provide for his parent's continued care, Honei's childhood was not a particularly good one.
He was always somewhat off, so its hard to tell if it was his upbringing or if he was just naturally off.

Honei isn't the type to look back with regret. He doesn't consider anything a failure and he's near impossible to embarrass.
He has no pride nor shame and does whatever he pleases, if he can do that then he can't fail.   About as free a spirit as you can get, Honei believes in doing what makes you happy.
He's a bit selfish, but he's fine with that.
