Regions

The Wider Universe

The Wider Universe is the most densely populated region of the universe. A significant portion of this territory formerly held by the Protiun Empire and the Empire Desimun prior to their collapse. The planets within these territories were on the farthest reaches of the empires, far enough to survive the Ending of Era-1. The civilizations that developed on these planets and those around became the hub of a new bustling interstellar civilization. There is hardly any territory not under the jurisdiction of an empire, alliance, or planet-independent organization.

The Outerverse

The Outerverse is the most barren region of the universe. It's the inner territories of the Protiun Empire that were destroyed in the Ending of Era-1. Many of the planets in this region were completely destroyed, but a significant number were simply wiped clean. Many of these planets recovered their ecosystem, but have no inhabitants. The damage to this region makes the habitable planets sparse, so residents of the Outerverse live in near complete isolation from each other and the rest of the universe.

The Reaches

This territory has grown entirely separate from the events prior to Era-2. It's the youngest region of the universe, growing almost entirely independent from the Wider Universe due to a large gap in any planets or systems between them. Reaching it is possible, and there are trails of rogue planets that can help in this, but even so crossing the boundary is extremely difficult. There was only one civilization before the final half of Era-3 that consistently made the trek, a people called the Rrexashi.

Territories

Argan Empire

The territory held onto by the Council of Three. It surrounds the Argan System. This territory began facing a shortage of platinum in Era-3, causing them to begin expanding further into new territory and placing them in direct conflict with Corot.

New Corot Alliances

The alliances held between the planets near Corot in space under Argan occupation. Includes the planets in Corot's neighboring systems and <No name yet still no name>

The Old Void

The heart of the desolation left behind by the Ending of Era-1. Most of this space is rubble, but toward the edges of the region the planets remain completely desolate.

The Ravine

The space between the Wider Universe and the Reaches. This area is nearly completely empty, containing some rogue planets and stations that make the journey from one side to the other possible.

The Argan System

Argan-1 (Argan)

Seat of the Argan Empire, the Council of Three meets in orbit above.

Argan-2 (Setaa)

I ain't got a description for all of these planets bruh

Argan-3 (Ngokam)

The heart of the Argan Empire's scientific research. This is the site of the Transit that brings back the Emperor Desimun, as well as the search to recreate the Invictus.

The Ota System

Corot

The only habitable planet in the Ota system, holds the only Light shard in the surrounding territories.

I don't know some other places in the Wider Universe

Deslai

An uninhabited planet that acts as an industrial dumping ground. This is the site of the first separation between Kris and Emi (and the point where Emi becomes an antagonist).

Bant

Bant is a planet at the edge of its system with a pretty chill civilization. In the wake of Mexashi's destruction, they established a Rrexashi colony for those that chose to live there. This colony became sizeable and briefly served as a home for Ateim during the first part of the Empire Desimun's return.

The Reaches

Mexashi

Destroyed home planet of the Rrexashi people. Before being destroyed by a fractured Light shard, it was famous in the Wider Universe for having among the most resiliant life forms in the universe. Well known in the Wider Universe despite being in the Reaches.

The Outerverse

The Desim Flagship/The Dying Light

What remains of the flagship that one led the Empire Desimun through its conquest of Era-3. It remains in disrepair far into the Outerverse.

Katak

One of the only planets in the Outerverse with a civilization. It's got a small town on it. This is the nearest planet to the ruins of the Desim Flagship, being close enough to see its destruction when Kris and Emi torched it.
