SE05 : EP30 - Preparations

Hiram invites all of the Meridians and associates to an emergency planning meeting, where they begin with a recap of what Stargazer has done in the past.

• He started as a (somewhat shady) debt collector for the Chamber of Commerce.
• Began going through the Iris due to his mapmaking abilities.
• Betrayed the Lost Seven, for which he was exiled.
• Somehow, Stargazer survived^TM. And began capturing other teams of ours. We then learned he had also teamed up with Sara Bloodmare, who somehow also survived the last couple millennia. Though they are apparently no longer affiliated.
• We believe Stargazer was also working with the Illithids, though we were not able to prove that for sure.
• We also found him making contacts and deals on Ravnica, a plane which Horizon had recently begun positive relations with. While working with black market contacts there, he put some kind of debt on the Meridian's, while raising an army of some sorts.
• We thought he arrived in the city somehow, but turns out this was another (nicer) Stargazer, from another Horizon. He then destroyed that city with a massive flood and monstrous creatures, along with another Daphix, as well as the other himself.

What we know now, is Stargazer seems to no longer have the warforged arm or mechanical eye he did before. Whatever eye he has now, appears organic and catlike, and seems to give him Truesight, among whatever other magical abilities it may have.   We have two major goals: Kill Stargazer, and save as many as we can in the kingdom of Tivs.   The plan is to send two teams at once. One will attempt to rescue as many people from Tivs as we can. The other will go after Stargazer directly, and attempt to stop him forever. Meanwhile, a larger force will go through the Iris to face his army head-on, in an attempt to distract his focus. They must keep his forces occupied long enough for the other two teams to have any hope of success.   Through many hours of deliberations, the primary teams are assembled.   Rescue Squad:
