SE05 : EP26 - The Festival of Journey's End

Winter has yet again come to the city. The colorful lanterns and decorations adorn the businesses and homes, welcoming everyone home.   On Meridian's Day a large number of Meridians are gathered at the Arena of Sport] to compete in something called "The Ultimate Meridan". They are paired off in in a bracketed tourney. First Round - @[Mirai Murasaki vs. Gavin Gracewater in Arm Wrestling. Mirai wins handily.   Second Round - Allory Miralen vs. Rosella Miralen in Stumb Chopping. Allory prevails.   Third Round - Xavion of the Razorgrass vs. Merit in Barrel Rolling. After running along the top of the barrel a good distance, Merrit keeps her balance as Xavion falls, losing the match.   Fourth Round - Cassandra vs. Lord Daphix in Archery. After three arrows is the winner.   Semi-Finals Round One - Cass vs.Mirai in Pie Eating. with Cass winning   Semi-Finals Round Two - Allory vs. Merrit in Drinking Contest. with Merrit losing   Final Round- Allory vs. Mirai in a Dance Battle!   As the night wears on to courosing the partys spreads out. Orwyn Ilvarien finds a wanted poster featureing Lord Daphix.      Olivier Dujardin and Nico end up in an battle of two underwear vendors over who makes the best.    Javenesh Strongwing shows off his skills at fishing and catches a mattress that has Councilman Stratos on it.    Warren Torrance finds a deck of many things and survives the encounter with loot to show for it.    Mirai finds themselves in a foundry of lave and blacksmiths. The forges mint weapons made by red skinned dwarves. Just as they notice her she slides through a portal back to the city. She then reports the incident to The Watch and The Kensai.   Elnari finds himself in a stampeded and driven through a number of merchant stalls, and spend the rest of the night trying to returning the silks he got wrapped in while running.    Merit is boasting about their day competing with the Merididans despite not beign one. As she walks and talks she bumps into scaffolding causing a crash that could have killed her, but didn't causing her to be even more full of themselves.    Kayla Holt is bar crawling and ends up finding a treasure map in her pocket at the end of the night. Aoh-Gynn walks by a precinct and finds Kellasin Leafstrider being released. When the dragonborn tries to ask him his silences by a firebolt.   Daphix oddly finds a fresh letter ontop of his dusty desk. Mobahn finds a dog. Waking Bromhilde to ask why she sent it, she reply's that she knew nothing of it. He opens is and finds an unsigned resignation letter. After gaurteening it wasn't her, he dwells on it into the morning.    Cassandra awakes in the barracks the next day with an ornate padlock in hand. Pryce finds themselves in their lord's manor, with somthing in the bed with them. it turns out to be a baby sabretooth tiger.   And Cornelius Lamont Corvacus find in the night he ended up with a tattoo.
