SE04 : EP27 - Red Zone pt.17

Hours of long wating pass and then Feldren returns to bring them to the audience hall. They ascend the elevator and again find themselves in the ghostly present of the council of Orzhova.    Parathas takes lead explaining the situation the party has uncovered. It is revealed that the laboratory in Zonot 52 was destroyed after the party had left. The council reviews the documents. they an in-audible surge of mummers pass amongst themselves. At length they tell the group thay have been "adequate" in their work. They are released from their debt on the condition they promise to dispose of StarGazer should they ever see him again. With strond head nodds the party agrees.   Upon leaving the chambers the burdens upon them lift and the marks on there arms fade. With one night left in the city the decided to take in a good meal. A local high price steakhouse is home to their last meal in Ravnica. Sharing in a good meal loosens up the tension and the team enjoys each other company. On the air taxi ride home they digest the food and the adventure.   Once back at the planform Zachary gives a heartfelt thank you to the group. Parathas returns the sentiment to this the cabbie wells up and hugs the Aasimar. As he sobs he explains how much these funds and opportunities have meant to his life and business. By the ends the hugs and hands Zachary cries a few more times.   Unwinding back at the Titian's Keg they soak in the last night. Airézen plays some sets with the musicians, collecting stories and ballads. At the bar Daphix probes for every last piece of information on the Ravnica flavor of coffee. While enjoying a drink Cass takes one last time the interesting collection of peoples of the city, well represented here in the tavern. At the close of the night the barkeep thanks them, appreciating their custom. and presents them with a bag of local grounds.    After sharing breakfast they head home. As they travel the tin street back they exchange conversation including Daphix talking to the bird. They end up back to the squat tower that contains the oculus's end point. Entering the ground floor they see a number of goods, and packaging crates.  The Horizians are starting to setup this area as a trade depot. Just before they leave a moth flutters onto Parathas's shoulder. Finally seeing a opportunity to collect on of these creature's he grabs it sealing the sample away with in magic.  And with that they travel into the portal, back to home.   The Meridians gather and discuss the maters of the last few weeks. Everyone realize its the first time all of the Meridians. They decided on measures to further invest themselves into the city and the other pillars. This including more associate members of the organization that do not goe through the Trials of Zenith.   A few days later they wish Leaf a fond farewell as he goes to live as a Tenant on Ravnica.
