A Horizians working abroad on other planes, almost always without disclosing their orgins to the local populations.   They are researchers, tradesmen, merchants, and spies. Most are sponsored by one of the powers of Horizon as access to city resources such as Message Slates and portals home would be unavailable.   Not to be confused with a Signet who are known agents of the city working in official city business.   They are some times called an emigrant if they do not expect to return to the city.   When approached they respond, BLANK to the code phrase BLANK.
