Orcus

One of the top four Neox scientists, Algard Ifohld appeared after his presumed death and revealed he was the one behind the ongoing disease. Under the monicker of Orcus, he has been traveling around the world infecting more and more people, and attempting to kill Raine whenever he runs into the party. His true motives are unknown. However, if the party wants to stop new people getting infected, they must first stop Orcus.
