Crimson Moon

Those haunted by the False Chimera report seeing a terrible red moon watching over them. First they see it in their dreams. Then they begin to feel its presence hidden in the night sky. And where the barriers of the world grow thin, the red moon becomes fully visible in the waking world. It always seems to be getting closer but never seems to arrive. Its red glow seems to pulse outwards, discoloring the stars and moving to infect the two normal moons. The crimson moon is not just a symbol. It is a real presence and place. The crimson moon is a demiplane of sorts, a dream dimension that exists somewhere between the Astral Plane, The Moonlands, and the planet. It threatens to fully emerge into these other realms, becoming a perpetual beacon towards madness that calls from the sky each night. May that never come to pass. Verkon, The False Chimera resides in the crimson moon, at the heart of the Dream Labyrinth there.
