Planar Scrying Observatory
This observatory is used to study the Great Wheel, and has many different Scrying devices. One particular Apparatus has the ability to see back in time.
Two Giant hourglasses with very fine astral diamond dust are located here. They can be used like a Crystal Ball, but with a DC 30 Arcana roll the hourglasses can be used to view events in the past. Once the roll is successful, the operator can view as far back as to the Age Before Ages. If the events involve the person scrying the Arcana Roll is DC 20.
Purpose / Function
Anjor uses thos observatory for scrying purposes and to study the movements of the Great Wheel. He can view certain historical events if there were no scrying protections employed.
Design
This is the only room in Anjor's Mansion that is not protected from Scrying though it is protected from intrusion still. There is a mural of the great planes with adjustable lenses that aids Anjor in studying the planes.

There is a painted diagram of the great wheel in this room. This apparatus acts like a Crystal Ball but works to observe the outer planes. Any place not protected from scrying can be viewed in the inner or outer planes.
