Location: Southwestern docks at the mouth of the river, extending slightly to the north on the opposite side. Much of it is built over water on stilts.

- Sea-Caller’s Shrine: A shared temple to Zedast and Miell where prayer scrolls are floated downriver and into the ocean.
- The Inkpot Tavern: A candle-lit tavern, often half-submerged, where sailors and cult sympathizers exchange riddles.
- The Coral Steps: A submerged staircase of polished reef-stone said to lead to a drowned library of Miell.
