The Vulpis Union is a fascist dictatorship in northwestern Getrea. The Vulpis Union is mostly populated by Vulpine and has a population of 123 million, with 85% of the population being vulpine. It is known for it's strict laws and military heirarchy. It's capital and largest city is Scinfax located on the coast of the Tangaroa Ocean.
The geography of the Union is mostly plains and woodlands.
The Vulpis Union has waged war with both Republic Of Adreal and Esora multiple times throughout history, though all of these conflicts were largely inconclusive. The current alliance it has formed with the Republic and the rest of the coalition is one of necessity rather than genuine interst in cooperation.

Structure
The Vulpis Union is ruled by a chancellor who weilds absolute authority and power over the nations affairs. The chancellor is in power for life, or until they resign.
There are no public elections in the Vulpis Union. When a leader dies or resigns the ruling party decides whothe new Chancellor will be. In the event of a political emergency, such as the Chancellor being assasinated or the ruling party not being able to select a successor in a timely manner, the military can take control of the government for an indefinite amount of time.
Culture
The Vulpis Union is a martial society, and lives by an idea that life itself is a battle and that you must do whatever you can to ensure victory. There are fewer honors that are higher than being sent to an actual battlefield and baring your teeth to the enemy.
Despite this hyper competitive culture, all manner of races and walks of life are welcomed into the Union with open arms. It is belived that discriminating against someone for their race or backround results in unneccary distractions from life's battles and prevents unity.
Public Agenda
The Vulpis Union seeks to unite all of Getrea under their banner by force. The more a rival struggles against this, the more the Union's leadership will respect them for holding their ground.

The Union's military prowess is mostly focused on ground and air warfare, with it's navy being relativley small.

The Republic views the Union with distrust and contempt due to their lengthy history of conflict as well as the brutal regime that rules the nation.
The Union views the Republic as a proper rival who is a target of expansion, though they belive that the democratic system ruling the nation is inefficent and soft willed.
Both nations are in the Iyass Defensive Coalition, which has caused both nations to put aside their diffrences to fight a greater threat. This alliance is temporary, however, and once the Crusade is over it is likley that the two will return to hostilities.
Non-aggression pact
The Vulpis Union and the Democratic Theocracy Of Esora have a long history of bloody warfare. Before the arrival of humans and elves, the two nations fought reguraly. In most of these conflicts, the Union invades Esora and is repelled after a few years of fighting. The Esorans have attempted to invade as well, but were always repelled.
As such, any conflic between the two has always ended in a frustrating stalemate or white peace.
Esora views the Union as a terrible warmongering regime that must be stopped.
The Union views Esora as their greatest rival who must be dealt with if the nation is to expand or continue.

Unfreindly
The Elven Kingdom views the Union with a level of disgust. They see the Union's fascist government as efficent, but crude and overbearing. And they consider the Vulpis majority as little more than animals.
The Vulpis Union views the Kingdom as an irrelevent, dying relic of a bygone era. The Union sees Elven territory as a potential future conquest to take for themselves once the Imperium is dealt with.
