The organization's stated goal is creating a community in which all atman holders and xenolineages can feel safe as well as share their legacies, however their ambitions extend beyond that simple, humble mission.

The GHF mostly subsists of member fees, contributed by the various members as well as generous donations from various donors interested in their preservation efforts, as well as those who wish to assist in their less scrupulous activities for their own benefits.
History
Since it's founding in 1996, Aarush parekh had 2 goals for the GHF, one is their stated goal of cultural reconstruction and preservation, but the other is the reclamation of all atmans given to the british crown during the liberation deal. With the closer rings of the organization's Xenolineage members, the GHF has agents all around britian and the former colonies, looking for "lost" or mistreated atmans, when they find them, they attempt recruitment, when these more pleasent tactics fail, the GHF's operatives are trained and instructed to recover the atmans by any cost. Despite the potential of losing the biological aspect of the xenolineage, Aarush does not trust the british to preserve neither the biological legacy by creating offsprings nor the cultural one beyond whatever would be usefull for the entrusted agent in the field. With the art, stories and legacy of entire species on the line, most GHF inner circle members don't question Aarush'es extreme, at times brutal approach for what he and his fellows refer to as the rememberance war.
