Aarush Parekh

Aarush parekh was born in india in 1962. as a young man, he joined with the Indian nationalist movement, demonstrating and eventually fighting for his countries independance against the british colonials. in 1986, after being arreste during a demonstration, Aarush was rushed to the landing site of the matsya, as he was the closest telepath the goverment could rush to the landing sight. making first contact with manu on humanities behalf, Aarush used his situation for his own levearage, convincing manu to help in his negotiations by warning him of the british's likely intention to use his gifts for their own goals, he has become the linking negotiator between the empire and Manu himself, a position he used to gain the liberation of india, as well as the sovereign nature of the matsya.
Despite his close connection to Manu, Aarush never claimed an atman or legacy, only helping in the vetting process and scouting for those who would.
His position as Manu's human advisor as well as his success with liberating india, made Aarush quite popular and he was elected as India's first prime minister at the young age of 27, a role he held on for 8 years, before retiring from politics.
After leaving politics, Aarush returned to Manu's side, to learn from his friend and advise him on human matters. Aarush founded the Galactic Heretige Foundation in 1996, an organization dedicated to reuniting the vast array of civilizations and cultures that once lived in the Swarga Lorka galaxy through the creation of bonds and relationships between the various xenolineages as well as keeping record and offering assistance to those who hold atmans.
  Another, undisclosed goal of the GHF was the retrival of any mistreated atmans who's holders were refusing or incapable of filling their duties and creating xenolineages. Despite manu's resistance to the prospect Aarush and his men will stop at nothing from saving an atman, breaking laws and bones when necessary.

Despite only holding a bachelor's degree in political science from the "churchill university of mumbai" and holding no political office prior to his chance encounter with manu Aarush parekh is regarded as a highly studious and widely knowledgable man.
After being elected he has spent most of his free time learning everything he could about world politics, human psychology and astronomy in order to prepare for the role, his efforts eventualy earned him an honorrary PHD diploma from the university of mumbai.

Despite his success in liberating india, Aarush had never forgiven himself for the price he had to pay. With freedom for his people on his mind, Aarush used Manu's trust in him as a bargaining chip, allowing the british goverment exclusive rights to 20% of available atmans for use in their discretion.
When the deal was done, Aarush tried to hide the british'es intentions of using the atmans for warfare and espionage from Manu, however the telepathic alien quickly caught on, assuring his friend with a sensation of wonder and calm which Aarush interperted as forgiveness from his alien friend, though when thinking back on the moment, doubt has festered in him over the years.
Now in a position of power, Aarush had decided to dedicate his efforts to attempting to correct his mistake, and reclaim the stolen lineages.

To bolster the connections within the xenolineage community on earth and to make sure that the swarga lorka legacy is kept alive on earth through them.

Aarush is a married man, marrying at 27 to Omara norajo, a young woman he'd met shortly before the incident. the two have 3 children, one of which is adopted after his parents, the initiators of a xenolineage, died in an accident while he was young.
Aarush also takes care of his elderly mother, Tahira parekh, who raised him on her own in mumbai after his father, a british officer, left them at a young age. the elderly woman resides with her son in the Matsya, and has grown fond of the strange folks who often visit their excentric home.

Aarush was raised hindi, and holds to the religion to this day. with the matsya's arrival and aarush's involvement in the xenolineages, Aarush was inspired by his beliefs and mythology when naming many of the untranslatable concepts bestowed to him by the telepathic manu, who's species does not communicate through traditional language, but through impressions and sensations, delivered telepathically.
