The Silver Knight

Description: Dragran Silverhammer started his legacy as a mere levy of the Tinveinian forces against probably the largest raid ever recorded in history, one that would decide the fate of the city, whether it would be it's destruction or it's survival. The battle in detail is well documented and known as the Battle of the Granite Bridge. It is said that Dragran single-handedly held the narrow bridge separating the Elder and the [RACE] as they awaited reinforcements from the Golden Valley, for all of the remaining levy has been devastated. It is said that when they tried to charge the bridge with infantry, the soldier's glance was all needed to make the enemy flee. When they tried to kill him with archers, he used the bodies of his enemies as shields. When the cavalry tried charging him, he "danced like a devil", making each of the [RACE] fall off their horses, where the few remaining levies could finish them off. All that until, eventually, the reinforcements arrived and dealt with the threat.   After this battle, Dragran was awarded the highest medal of honor possible, one that only two dwarves ever received, "The Throne of the Ancestors", a medal that's supposedly only given to those worthy of being on-pair with the greatest of ancestors. But of course, his journey would not end here. After his successes, the (at that time King) of the Golden Valley called him to his court, for him to show his prowess. After deciding to wield a warhammer as his weapon of choice, he was laughed at by the nobles. That is, until he bested each of them in combat, proving his strength. Fearing the pure prowess of this man, the king sent him to the deadliest place known to a dwarf, the [DEATH CAVE PLACE], where no dwarf has ever returned alive from. Except for one. The, now known as, One Man Army, or the Silver Knight. As he left the cave, injured, he dragged the skeleton of a beast never seen before out of it, one that can now be seen in the museum of The Golden Valley.   It was after this feat that his legacy became truly known, spreading all across the mountains and beyond. Many tried to recruit him to their own army, yet, all he would respond with is the following:

I swore an oath to protect Tinvein until the day I die, and the only time you'll see me serve anyone else will be exactly then, serving no other but the Ancestors

  And as such, he remains the greatest soldier Tinvein has ever seen, still serving under the Elder's command as the royal guard, but with the news of the [RACE] organising once again, he might soon join the offensive
