Travelling Halflings
Travelling Halflings go from place to place, bands of ten-to-fifty travelling together in boats or wagons decorated with traditional lacquer inlay. Some of these panels date back centuries, and still contain Breisan wood. The travellers favour bright, elaborately decorated clothes, and members of all genders wear their hair long and worked into elaborate braids.
Travelling bands are extended families, and rely on occasional meetings to matchmake with other bands. Where this does not happen, the scions of a band may end up bringing Gnomish, Goblin or even Human partners into the band.
