Deliver the Cargo
The cargo that was received from the High King's Ring needs to be delivered to the Ringed City so that Victrix can find the demon he's been hunting. This will take him away from the original goal of the group, which is to travel to the Library with Charlie. The party will need to decide what to do, split up, go with one or the other, etc.
